BOOKINGS
Reservations for Weddings and School Formals must be made using the
appropriate booking form and must be completed in full, including
current and valid credit card details even if intending to pay by cash
on the day of service.
Other general bookings may be made verbally, telephonically, internet or
by fax. Submitting a General Booking Form may be requested by us if
there are particular requirements to be noted or if deemed necessary by
us for any reason.
PAYMENTS
The balance owing is payable on day of service (if by credit card or
cash) or a minimum 14 days prior if paying by cheque, money order or
direct deposit.

Full quoted cost is payable if cancelled within 14 days of service (see
“refunds” below).
DEPOSITS
At our discretion we may take a 25% non-refundable deposit at time of
booking. This fee may also be applied as a cancellation fee.
CANCELLATIONS / ALTERATIONS
Cancellations must be submitted in writing (email, fax or letter) and
confirmed by direct telephone or personal contact between client and
Pinnacle Stretched Limousines. The minimum cancellation fee will be 25%
of the total cost or forfeiture of the 25% deposit (if taken at the time
of booking).
Alterations to bookings must be submitted in writing (email, fax or
letter) and confirmed by direct telephone or personal contact between
client and Pinnacle Stretched Limousines.
Alterations may or may not be possible within 7 days of service
depending on alteration required. This is decided on a case by case
basis. The full transfer fee is payable on transfers cancelled on
arrival at pick-up point or within 24 hours of reserved time.
VEHICLES
The vehicle reserved will be the vehicle allocated save for unforeseen
circumstances (eg. withdrawn from service due to damage or mechanical
failure rendering the vehicle unsafe or unsuitable for service) then
every effort will be made by us to secure an equivalent vehicle.
REFUNDS
No refunds are payable and the full fee is payable if a wedding or
school formal is cancelled within 14 days of the date of service, unless
we are able to secure an equivalent replacement booking for the
cancelled service then only the 25% deposit is forfeited and the balance
will be refunded.
A full refund will apply to those reservations where no vehicle is
available (eg. withdrawn from service due to damage or mechanical
failure rendering the vehicle unsafe or unsuitable for service) within a
reasonable time of the reserved time.
ADDITIONAL CHARGES
Extra time will charged at the applicable vehicle rate on day of service
to client credit card or by arrangement directly with client.
Waiting time will charged at the applicable vehicle rate on day of
service to client credit card or by arrangement directly with client.
Any repairs to damage to the vehicle or fittings whether caused
accidentally, negligently or maliciously by the client or members of
their party will be charged to client credit card or by arrangement
directly with client.
If soiling of the vehicle occurs which in our judgment requires
professional cleaning, a fee of $150 will apply for that cleaning and
charged to client credit card or by arrangement directly with client.
